Marching into its 30th year, the Portsmouth Halloween Parade is a grassroots, all-inclusive celebration of community, creativity and free expression that walks, stalks, dances, trumpets and drums its way through downtown Portsmouth each year on October 31st at 7:00 pm.
New Hampshire takes the crown as the most desirable state with 57.8% of properties sold above the asking price between May 2019 and May 2024, 94.6% above the national average of 29.7%.
