Maureen Carey

Maureen Carey has been active in the seacoast real estate communities for the last 50 years. A graduate of the University of  NH with an MBA from Southern NH University ( NH College) she has lived and raised her 5 children in this wonderful area.  She holds a broker license in NH, MA, and ME and a Certified General Appraiser license in NH and MA. A member of the NH and Seacoast Realtor Association she has also served as a NHAR Mediator.  Her real estate designations include: CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and GREEN (NAR’s Green designation 1/2008).

A notary and Justice of the Peace, she has performed beach weddings for friends and family in the area and has been active with civic and community services such as former Winnacunnet School Board Member; VNA of the Seacoast Board of Directors 2000-2006 (Treasurer 2002-2005); NHSPCA Board of Directors 2006-2016 (Treasurer 2011 – 2013 and Secretary 2014-2016).
