Olivia Loy

My name is Olivia Loy Toppan and I became a real estate agent to be of service to others and the community. For most, purchasing a piece of real estate is probably one of the biggest financial decisions they will make; therefore it will be my honor to bring valuable insights to the experience.

Having been in the position of buying and selling several times before and having personally invested in real estate over the years, I understand how incredible investment properties can be as a means to secure one’s future and attain financial freedom. I pride myself on being efficient, technologically savvy, and strategic, yet never shying away from the hard work associated with a hands-on approach.

I consider myself to be a global citizen; having been born and raised in Singapore, living in Germany, California, and now residing in New England. This multi-cultural exposure; coupled with my experience in business and accounting for an international company, along with being the owner & creator of Curlifornia (hair care line) have helped me thrive under pressure. It has fueled my love for interacting with others, honed my listening skills and strengthened my ability to negotiate.

To unwind, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, surfing, working out & cooking
