Melanie Norcross

Melanie Norcross has been serving real estate clients since 2008. As a full-time REALTOR licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, Melanie brings her passion for real estate to all her clients and every transaction. Melanie is a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of success and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Melanie is a top-producing agent and consistently ranks in the top 2% of all agents in NH. She specializes in new construction and residential resales. 

Melanie is a native of Salem, NH, and resides there with her husband and two daughters. She is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science. When Melanie isn't working, she enjoys spending time along the New England coast, traveling, gardening and decorating. She is active in her local community and proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem.
