Biography
As the ancient Chinese saying goes, “the harmonious home brings prosperity in life."
Ling He has been selling real estate in the New Hampshire Seacoast since 2017. Born and
raised in Mainland China, Ling is fluent in Mandarin and English. For fifteen years she
worked in product sourcing and development, giving her the interpersonal skills and
business acumen to spot the right home at the right price, and understand the complexity of
a successful property transaction.
Ling has lived in different counties and communities. She and her husband lived in
Thailand, Indonesia and California before settling in the Seacoast area. Ling assimilates
both East and West cultures. She has a keen sense of aligning a property with the client’s
personality. She understands how important and essential a home is to people in this
