Biography
Born and raised in Mainland China, Ling He (Helen) is fluent in Mandarin and
English. Helen is passionate about business and education. In her
previous career, Helen had over 15 years of business experience in
product sourcing and development.
She has the business acumen to spot the right product at the right
price, and understands the complexity of a successful property
transaction. Outside of her real estate business, Helen spends time in
education and cultural exchanges.
Helen’s marriage to her husband in 2000 brought her to California,
Thailand, Indonesia, and eventually they settled to the Seacoast area
in 2013. Having lived in different countries and communities, Helen
assimilates both East and West cultures. Her traditional Chinese
knowledge in Feng Shui adds to her perspective of any given property.
She understands how important and essential a home is to people in
this bustling world. As the ancient Chinese saying goes,“ the harmonious home
brings prosperity in life”. Helen would love to be part of your
