John Pickering
Biography
John is a life-long resident of New Hampshire, born and raised in the seacoast. He is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
John worked in real estate in the early 1980's while working fulltime in law enforcement. In 2011, after thirty-six years in law enforcement, John returned to real estate full-time. For over 30 years, John and his wife have bought, renovated, and sold homes. Real estate has always been a passion for him.
Having a great eye for value, John always looks for the best potential a home can offer. Having a hands on background of construction, he can be a great asset to the home buyer. Honesty and confidentiality being some of John’s strongest points, he always is looking out for the client’s best interest. With his years of experience, John is exceptionally qualified to list and market your home or to find just the perfect home to purchase
John currently resides in Hampton with his wife and has three grown daughters. He enjoys fishing, hiking, bicycling, and especially spending time with family.
