Holly Dennett

Holly's former clients and coworkers value her innate ability to connect with people and anticipate their needs. With over 15 years in hospitality, marketing and event management, she understands how to recognize each client’s goals and deliver on them.  From planning corporate events, to producing global marketing campaigns, to managing a hectic household with three young boys, Holly understands how to multitask and negotiate with ease. 

A native of the Seacoast area and UNH graduate, Holly possesses a broad professional and personal network. She currently resides in her hometown of Exeter with her family and husband, Geoff, who is also a Carey & Giampa sales agent. Together they balance analytical and creative thinking, and team up to combine client vision, negotiating and strategic marketing tactics. 

Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her family, skiing, and relaxing outdoors. One of her passions in addition to family life is interior design and sharing a vision for her clients to see what a home could look like with a few small touches.
