New Hampshire native and Southern New Hampshire University graduate, Hannah brings with her a lifetime of both professional and personal experiences deep within the Seacoast area. 

Hannah started her real estate career working alongside husband, Joe Franciosa, owner of Top Dog Building and Development LLC. Hannah quickly became a new home expert, assisting hands on with new construction homes from the ground up. She fell in love with real estate and dove straight in becoming a full time agent. Hannah never forgets the impact that having the right home can have on someone and approaches each showing with that in mind.
