Frances Buck

Fran, a New England native, has lived in the Seacoast area since 1979. She is thrilled to share her knowledge and experiences of the Seacoast to guide others in finding their perfect home. She has a passion for designing and renovating homes and can see the hidden potential in properties. She had a 30-year career in Information Technology with a global Fortune 100 company and spent the last 8 years working with international customers and experiencing many cultures. She is excited to take her business knowledge of developing strategies, managing projects and negotiating contracts to assist sellers and buyers through the real estate process. 

Fran will work diligently with you to identify potential properties and guide you in the selection of a home that is a perfect match for you and your family. Fran has a B.S. in mathematics from Regis College and a masters in project management from George Washington University. She is a licensed REALTOR in the state of New Hampshire and Maine. She is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, New Hampshire and York County Council of the Maine Association of Realtors, Maine.

Fran lives in Portsmouth, NH with her husband Floyd. She has two wonderful sons Jason and Alexander. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors kayaking and gardening.
