Bud Staples

After a successful career as a Vice President and Director of Sales for a prominent computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) company, Bud Staples has returned to his roots in real estate.

Bud brings lifelong sales experience, a keen understanding of national and international marketplaces and love of the Seacoast to his role as a professional realtor.

For three decades, Staples has served in condo association leadership roles, providing him with invaluable insight when helping clients identify the best condos for their lifestyle.  Staples has personally downsized and after looking at dozens of options, selected a home in a 55-and-older community that meets his needs for years to come. 

While he works in the broader real estate marketplace, he specializes in assisting empty-nesters and older adults find the right options for their present and future lifestyle in the magnificent Seacoast region.

A sense of humor, the ability to decipher the smallest nuances in properties and a natural talent for sales, makes Bud a pleasure to work with and a successful realtor. He offers extensive sales and management experience along with national and peer recognition including being listed as a lifetime member of the Worldwide Who’s Who Registry of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs 2013 – 2014 Edition, and has served in leadership positions as well as Chairman of the Product Innovation Council of the American Apparel and Footwear Association.
