Brady Roche

Brady J. Roche is excited to join Carey & Giampa and spread his enthusiasm for helping clients find their home sweet home! He is a York, ME native and enjoys New England’s beautiful landscapes from it’s unique coastlines, to the White Mountains and farms. He earned his Business Associate degree at York County Community College and he is a parishioner at Corpus Christi Parish in Portsmouth, NH.

Brady’s first job was in sales and he has continued in the field of sales ever since.  Realizing early he had a passion for connecting with people and helping them find the best solution for their needs. He often was awarded the top salesman in many sales competitions.

For the past several years Brady has been working at a law office in York which has provided him with the opportunity to learn about transferring real estate as well as how the Registry of Deeds and local tax assessors offices create and maintain all public records for real property.

Outside of work Brady can be found spending time with his friends and family. He often takes trips to the White Mountains to snowboard and hike. In the summer he spends time at his family’s summer cottage in Nova Scotia where he has summered since he was a child.
