For example you would have the Christmas Holiday week once every 4 years. The unit itself features1 bedroom/breakaway suite. The main unit features the primary bedroom with full bath, full kitchen and a living and dining room combo. The breakaway unit features a full bath, mini kitchen, murphy bed and sleep sofa. You can use the entire unit or rent them out separately.
